Instead of sending one shared document to multiple people, this feature automates the creation and delivery of individual, personalized copies, so each recipient signs privately and independently – perfect for course organizers distributing participation forms, or business owners sending NDAs to dozens of partners.
In SELISE Signature, this exact problem is solved using the Bulk Document feature. Instead of sharing one document with multiple signers (as you would in a contract between two or more parties), Bulk Documents allows you to send individual copies of a document to many people at once. Each recipient receives their own copy, signs it, and returns it — fully separate from others.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Create a Workflow Template
Navigate to Templates from the left menu.

- Click Create Workflow. (top right corner)
- Upload your base document (PDF or Word).
- Name the workflow (e.g., "Employee NDA Bulk Document").
- Add tags if desired.

- Allow template access via the selection dropdown
- Choose Document Type
- Choose the Signature Type (Simple, Advanced, etc.).
- Click Add Recipient and select Dynamic Signatory (e.g., placeholder name like "Employee").

Tip:
You can add a static signer too (e.g., your company’s counter-signatory who signs all individual documents as a company representative).
Step 2: Add Signature Fields

- Click Prepare Document.
- Drag and drop the signature field onto the document.
- Add additional fields like Name, Date, or Initials if needed.
- Click Save Workflow.
Step 3: Use the Workflow
- Go to Templates.
- Find your workflow and click Use.
