Option 1: Take a Picture of Your Signature with Your Phone
If you don't have a scanner — no worries! Your smartphone camera is enough.
- Write your signature on a clean white piece of paper using any ink color you prefer (black, blue, etc.).
- Take a photo of your signature. Make sure:
- The lighting is good (no shadows).
- The photo is straight and focused.
- The entire signature is visible.
- Optional but Recommended: Remove the white background to make your signature look cleaner on documents. You can:
- Upload the photo to free background remover tools like:
- Download the cleaned PNG file.
